  • Individual therapy — clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment to explore feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
  • Family therapy — family members work to improve communication, gain understanding and resolve conflicts.
  • Couples therapy — couples work together to understand and resolve conflicts and improve their relationship by utilizing tools for better communication, negotiating differences, problem-solving and even arguing in a healthier way.
  • Support groups bring together people facing similar issues, such as illness, relationship problems or major life changes. Support groups can help improve positive coping and decrease feelings of isolation through making connections with others facing similar challenges.
  • Parenting consultation/coaching — focuses on enhancing existing strengths and skills while helping parents to gain insight into current challenges and find solutions to handling both common and unique parenting issues and dilemmas.
